Questions about plans
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings, then Manage subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves back to Free.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your conversations, journal and memories stay exactly as they are. Only the daily limits go back to the free plan.
What happens when I reach the daily limit?
AI replies pause until the next day. The journal, your Kaizen actions and the support page keep working.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe with a card or the methods available in your country. We never see or store your card details.
